Bilingual property platform for a coastal agency
A real estate agency on the Oaxacan coast was invisible to Google: its listings rendered in the browser, so search engines saw empty pages where the inventory should be, and half its market searches in English. We rebuilt it server-rendered and bilingual, every property indexable in both languages.

A multi-sport event moves thousands of people between venues, hotels and airports every day, and it was being run on disconnected spreadsheets and radio calls. We built one platform for the whole operation, plus the mobile apps that reach the people who never sit at a desk.

A dental and medical supply distributor had outgrown WooCommerce, which could not express how the business actually sells. We built the platform around its real rules: approved professional pricing, lots and expiry dates, partial shipments and returns that land back in the ledger correctly.

Who we are
CeleryDev was founded in 2024 as the engineering arm of Celery Agency, and it exists to separate two businesses that kept getting confused with each other. Celery Agency does marketing, websites and online stores. CeleryDev does the heavy work: software platforms, SaaS products and mobile applications.
Behind it is Rafael Azuaje, founder and technical director — a computer engineer who spent years in UX/UI design for companies in the United States before settling in Chile in 2019. Small by design. Growing on purpose.

Do you work with clients outside Chile?
Yes. Most of our work is remote, across LATAM and the United States, with overlapping business hours and meetings in Spanish or English.
Who owns the code?
You do, from day one. Code, repositories, infrastructure and accounts are yours, documented and transferable at any point.
Do you use AI to write the code?
We use it to accelerate parts of the process — scaffolding, tests, refactors, documentation. Every line is reviewed and approved by a senior developer before it's merged. We don't ship code nobody on our team fully understands.
How long does a project take?
A focused platform typically runs 8 to 12 weeks; a SaaS product with billing and multi-tenancy, 3 to 6 months. You get a real estimate after discovery, not before — anyone who quotes you a timeline in the first call is guessing.
What happens if the scope changes?
It usually does. Changes are quoted separately with their own impact on cost and schedule, in writing, before anything gets built. No surprise invoices.
Do you provide support after launch?
Yes, through a monthly agreement. It's optional: everything is documented so another team could take over if you'd rather.
